LUNAFEST a traveling film festival made by women, for women and about women

LUNAFEST is a travelling film festival of films made by women, for women and about women. It is a collection of eight short films filled with stories of reflection, hope and humour. These eight films were chosen from over 950 films submitted to LUNAFEST this year. Attend LUNAFEST and enjoy great films while supporting important community causes. You’ll have fun and make a difference.

Tickets are $20 and can be purchased in person at any Lower Mainland Whole Foods location or on line at www.lunafest.org/Vancouver.

The cost of the ticket includes an evening of eight short films and the chance to find out more about the local recipients and women entrepreneurs at their display tables.

100% of ticket sales will raise funds and awareness for Whole Planet Foundation, Inspire Health Integrative Cancer Care and Breast Cancer Fund.  Whole Planet Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides micro-loans to people in communities around the world to start up and develop small businesses. Inspire Health, based in Vancouver, provides integrative cancer care for those people living with a diagnosis of cancer.

This event will be held at Key Meek Center in West Vancouver. The address is 1700 Mathers Avenue West Vancouver, BC V7V 2G7.
