A blend of 75% sauvignon blanc and 25% semillon, this wine is golden yellow in coloured with medium intensity.  Citrus, apple and a slight nuttiness on the nose.  The balance is crisp and refreshing.  Clean and tangy on the palate with citrus flavours – lemon and grapefruit rind.  A medium-long finish.  This is a white French Bordeaux style wine so it is a very versatile food wine.  Try it with any seafood.

This wine was not at its peak, but it has aged quite well.  Golden yellow in colour with medium plus intensity.  The nose shows a blend of citrus aromas including lemon and grapefruit with honey and with slight herbaceous undertones.  Well balanced with good mouth feel. Citrus and honey flavours on the palate with a medium-long finish. It would pair well with smoked trout, shellfish or grilled chicken.
