This wine is yellow straw in colour with medium deep intensity. The nose shows aromas of honey, apple pie, melon and citrus.  Very well balanced.  The palate shows well-integrated oak and fruit with flavours of apple, lemon and vanilla and a medium-long finish.  This wine was whole cluster pressed and aged in French oak.

Lemon yellow in colour with medium intensity.  Aromas of honey and pleasing varietal character on the nose, with delicate stone fruit, lychee and spice. Good balance.  The palate shows flavours of tree and tropical fruit along with honey and a medium finish.  This wine is similar to gewürztraminers from Alsace. At four years old, this wine would have been fresher and more fruit forward earlier on, but the age has mellowed it very nicely.  I’m glad I hung on to it.
