Chowder Chowdown 
Cheer on Chef Todd as he competes against 13 of Vancouver’s other top Ocean Wise chefs in this year’s Ocean Wise™ Chowder Chowdown  on Wednesday, November 19 – 7 p.m. at the Vancouver Aquarium in Stanley Park.  Each chef will be creating and serving their original, ocean-friendly seafood chowder. The winner takes home the title of 2014 Ocean Wise Chowder Chowdown Vancouver Champion. Taste all 14 delectable sustainable chowders paired with craft beer, and cast your vote for your favourite, all in support of sustainable seafood.  Tickets are only $63 and are available here.

 

Couples Cooking Class with Three-Course Dinner

Friday, November 28 from 6 – 9 p.m. – Chef Todd takes you through a cooking demo of delicious dumplings, followed by a sit-down three course dinner. This is a couples cooking demo, but there is no reason you couldn’t open it up to your friends. Price is only $110/couple which includes both the class and the dinner. We have only 16 spaces available and they go quickly. Avoid disappointment and order your tickets now.
