Straw coloured with medium intensity. Green apple, mineral and honey on the nose. Well balanced. Citrus, mineral and subdued green apple on the palate with a medium-long finish. This Chablis styled wine paired very well with pan seared scallops and prawns.

Black garnet with deep intensity. Tar and cassis on the nose. Big and round in the mouth, well balanced with soft ripe tannins and a sweet edge. Black raspberry and chocolate on the palate. A medium-long finish. Serve with BBQ’d beef or lamb, pizza or burgers.

Garnet red with medium-deep intensity. The nose shows aromas of dried fruit, cherry, plum, blue berry, leather and spice. Well balanced with medium body. Dried fruit, vanilla and spice on the palate with a medium finish. Serve with grilled Italian sausage, pastas, pork tenderloin or risotto.
