Unwrap Christmas Eve Dinner, Christmas Day Brunch and Dinner. Ring in 2016 with Exclusive New Year’s Eve Seatings, New Year’s Day Buffet Brunch

Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar will offer guests a series of festive feasts this holiday season as Executive Chef Alex Chen and team serve up a three-course Christmas Eve dinner and a four-course Christmas Day Brunch and Dinner menus, and help turn the page to a new calendar with a pair of exclusive New Year’s Eve Dinner seatings and a New Year’s Day Buffet Brunch.


Join us in our elegant dining room on Thursday, December 24 for a festive three-course Christmas Eve dinner menu from Executive Chef Alex Chen, featuring seasonal favourites such as maple-roasted butternut squash, slow-roasted turkey, and a gala apple “galette” dessert. Christmas Eve dinner menu.

Highlights include Maple Roasted local Butternut Squash Soup (allspice, crispy sage, beurre noisette) and Slow-Roasted Turkey  (apricot and pine nut stuffing, mashed Yukon gold potatoes, Brussels sprouts, cranberry sauce, giblet gravy) Dessert is a tempting Gala Apple “Galette” with Calvados Diplomat, Caramel and Cinnamon Ice Cream.

Celebrate the season in fine style on Friday, December 25th with a special 4-course Christmas Day brunch service from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., as well as a Christmas Day dinner service from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Highlights of the Christmas Brunch menu include dishes such as “Crème Brûlée” French Toast (thick brioche toast, salted almonds, Tahitian vanilla, caramelized sugar) and Maple Roasted Local Butternut Squash Soup (allspice, crispy sage, beurre noisette), while Christmas Dinner highlights include Slow-Roasted Turkey (apricot and pine nut stuffing, mashed Yukon gold potatoes, Brussels sprouts, cranberry sauce, giblet gravy), Roasted Ling Cod (white bean purée, clams, smoked ham hock) and Rum Baba (orange confiture, vanilla chantilly, speculoos ice cream) or Bûche de Noël (hazelnut praline, apple butter, cranberry sorbet) for dessert.

Start the countdown to 2016 on Thursday, December 31st with a pair of festive New Year’s Eve dinner seatings. Join us for a 3-course early seating at 5 p.m., or a celebratory 4-course late seating at 8 p.m. featuring party favours, a countdown to midnight, a live string quartet and a DJ spinning well into the new year.

Guests may choose between an early seating beginning at 5 p.m. that includes three courses for $99 per person plus tax and gratuity, or a celebratory late seating beginning at 8 p.m. featuring four courses for $179 per person plus tax and gratuity, as well as party favours, a countdown to midnight, a live string quartet and a DJ spinning well into the new year.

Menu highlights include Lobster-Infused Pumpkin Bisque (lemongrass, coconut milk, crab and fresno chili relish), Heritage Pork and Foie Gras Terrine (soft poached egg, pickled mustard, grilled country bread, sauce gribiche), Caramelized Black Cod (saffron, clam and white bean ragout, chorizo sofrito, young fennel) and a Duo of Fruit and Chocolate for dessert (yuzu in variation, hazelnut praline mousseline, Valrhona brownie, caramelia ice cream). À-la-carte pricing for both menus is also available, as well as add-ons such as Caviar, Seared Foie Gras, Shaved White Truffle and Japanese Wagyu.


Usher in the New Year oFriday, January 1, 2016 with an exclusive buffet brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. featuring an impressive selection of seasonal self-serve items as well custom breakfast entrees, and signature ceasars or mimosas.
 

Guests can usher in the New Year by joining Boulevard for an exclusive Buffet Brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. that features an impressive selection of seasonal self-serve items and made-to-order breakfast entrées such as House-made Pastries, Fresh Fruit and Berries, Charcuterie and CheeseLocal Smoked Salmon, a selection of Breakfast Bacon, Sausage and Potatoes as well as Eggs Benedict, Florentine and Omelettes. The New Year’s Day Buffet Brunch is available for $45 per person plus tax and gratuity, and also includes a signature Caesar or Mimosa.
