Happening February 17-21, 2016 at BC Place Stadium, the province’s second-largest consumer show promises to bring real advice, real inspiration, and real experts to more than 55,000 visitors over five days.

5. Autograph Signings with HGTV’s Bryan Baeumler

What: Meet the Canadian host of HGTV series including Disaster DIY, Leave it to Bryan, House of Bryan, and Canada’s Handyman Challenge in person and take a quick selfie, grab an autograph and leave it to Bryan to answer your burning home improvement questions in two minutes or less.

4. Battle of the Brewmasters

Ready, set, BBQ! Catch Big Rock and Steel Toad as they go head-to-head in a burger and beer cook-off for the ages on opening night. Grill lovers, be sure to stay until the best brewmaster wins – you could win one of two brand-new barbecues, courtesy of Napoleon and Kerrisdale Lumber Co. Patio party, anyone?

3. Meet the Makers

Slow living is far from slow moving, and these makers are here to stay. We’ve lined up the city’s best foraging, preserving and home-making specialists including Sarah Stewart of Juniper, Natalie Ferrari-Morton of East Van Jam, and Emma Davison of Golden Ears Cheese. Meet the makers at the show, and learn their tips on conservation and sustainability paired with delicious homemade results. Now that’s worth the wait.
