Restaurant Pays Homage to Moms by Offering Special Three-Course Brunch, Dinner Menus

 

On Sunday, May 8, Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar will help guests make the most of Mother’s Day by offering exclusive three-course brunch and dinner menus in both its expansive dining room and chic outdoor patio, which recently opened for the warm weather season.

From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Boulevard Executive Chef Alex Chen and team will offer up a sumptuous three-course Mother’s Day brunch menu for $59 per person that features appetizer courses such as Artichoke and Burrata Salad and Snake River Farm Wagyu Beef Carpaccio, as well as mains such as Traditional Eggs Benedict and Italian Sausage Meatballs Cocotte.

From 5 p.m. to 11 p.m., guests can treat mom to a gourmet three-course dinner for $65 per person that features starters such as Sawmill Bay Oysters and White Asparagus Salad, along with mains like Classic Chicken Coq au Vin and ‘Mama’s Sunday Roast’ with Slow-cooked Prime Striploin.

To indulge the sweeter side of every mother in attendance, both Mother’s Day brunch and dinner menus also include a dessert-course selection of either a Chocolate Tart (hazelnut feuilletine, passion fruit and coconut mousse and caramel ice cream) or Cheesecake (strawberry fromage blanc and cookie crumble).
