On Tuesday, Oct. 18, Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar will bring the bubbles when it hosts an exclusive five-course Taittinger dinner paired with a number of varietals hailing from the celebrated French Champagne house.

Boulevard Executive Chef Alex Chen and Chef de Cuisine Roger Ma’s custom menu will share the stage with special guest and Champagne Taittinger Brand Ambassador Mikael Falkman, who has worked with Taittinger for more than 15 years. Falkman, a former restaurateur in both his native Sweden and New York, is a WSET-certified sommelier who revels in sharing the stories behind Taittinger with Champagne lovers around the world.

“Champagne aficionados are no doubt well acquainted with the Taittinger name and the estate’s long-standing tradition of producing high-quality Champagnes, so we’re thrilled to host a one-of-a-kind event that will provide a unique spotlight for the brand through Alex and Roger’s creative culinary vision,” says Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar Director of Operations and Sommelier Steve Edwards.
