Famoso Neapolitan Pizzeria cures comfort food cravings with new fall menu

Three new crave-worthy dishes available at all locations across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Ontario

 

Famoso Neapolitan Pizzeria is curing comfort food cravings with its new fall menu, available starting today at all Famoso locations. Perfect for the cooler fall and winter months, the menu features the brand-new Patate Pancetta Pizza, Korean BBQ Beef Pizza and Mac + Cheese Pasta, as well as the return of the Funghi pizza, a seasonal favourite.

“We’re thrilled to introduce our new fall menu, including two seasonal pizzas and a twist on the classic comfort food – and everyone’s childhood favourite – Mac + Cheese Pasta,” said Justin Lussier, CEO and co-founder of Famoso Neapolitan Pizzeria. “Classic Italian food pairs perfectly with the cooler weather and change in seasons. We want our guests to feel right at home when they visit us at Famoso and our fall menu definitely adds that nostalgic, comforting touch.”

Famoso is a traditional neighbourhood pizzeria that uses authentic ingredients and processes to create their Neapolitan pizzas and pastas, including the newest additions:

•Patate Pancetta Pizza ($16.50 in BC, SK, ON; $16.75 in AB only): Crème fraîche, rosemary, russet potatoes, fior-di-latte, pancetta, caramelized onions, Grana Padano, sea salt, truffle oil, topped\with a fried egg and garnished with a lemon wedge

• Korean BBQ Beef Pizza ($16.50 in BC, SK, ON; $16.75 in AB only): House-made Korean BBQ sauce, fior-di-latte, house-roasted pulled short ribs, cheddar cheese, green onions, finished with a drizzle of hoisin sauce

• Mac + Cheese Pasta ($12.50 in BC, SK, ON; $13 in AB only): Artisan Cavatappi pasta, covered in house-made beer cheese sauce, baked with prosciutto crisps and sliced green onion, then topped with a crunchy cheddar-gremolata
