Vancouver Foodster Burger Challenge Award Winners 

 

The Vancouver Foodster 3rd Annual Burger Challenge was a huge success featuring several Burger creations from restaurants around Vancouver. Each restaurant featured their burger creation from October 14-November 6, 2016. Our media judging panel determined the ultimate winners of the challenge, and this was quite the task as each judge who tasted each creation with a rigorous process based on taste, originality/uniqueness and presentation/appearance.

Our Media judges for this challenge were: Tara Lee, Rick Green and James Chung.

Description: Elk, bison, and venison patty, stuff with cheese, on a brioche bun smothered in a roasted kale and sunflower seed aioli, topped with rootbeer bbq sauce, frizzled onions, mixed lettuce and tomato and garnished with a bacon sword.
