Perfect Pairings Dinner featuring German Wines

YEW seafood + bar’s Executive Chef Weimar Gomez and Sommelier Adam Mayhew have teamed up with Wines of Germany to present a fun and flavourful event. Combining the two surprisingly complementary genres of Asian flavours with German wines promises delicious results. Asia’s spicy, salty, sweet, sour and bitter flavours range from delicate to bold, depending on the dish and region, and there’s a German wine that’s up for the job. Germanic whites offer a crisp, brightness with a touch of sweetness and an aromatic nose that stands up to the varying delicate, strong and often spicy Asian flavours without overwhelming one another.

Join us in the YEW Inlet or book the glass-enclosed wine room for a group of ten.

Tickets can be purchased online, or by calling YEW Sales Manager, Alissa Horn at 604-609-5480.
