Treat yourself mid-week to a delectable experience of rustic Italian cuisine and accompanying wine pairings – and while you are at it, learn something about these wine selections from our esteemed expert, General Manager and Wine Director Mark Taylor –  a member of the Board of Directors of the BC Chapter of the Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers, a judge of the annual Vancouver Magazine International Wine Awards and a member of the selection committee of the Vancouver International Wine Festival.
