Homer St. Café and Bar Executive Chef Tret Jordan and Head Chef Chris West are pleased to announce a full three-course menu with wine pairings, available for one evening only on Sunday, December 31 from 5:30pm to midnight.
Guests can kick the evening off with the option of Smoked Duck with truffle, endive, pickled beets and goat cheese or Trout Tartare with fresh avocado, tomato vinaigrette and trout roe; followed by Rotisserie Lamb Rack served with red pepper, green olive and romanesca or Ling Cod with lobster, buttered leeks, tomato and potato pave.
Suggested wine pairings include a selection of whites and reds by the glass or bottle such as Mount Ara, Sauvignon Blanc 2014 (Marlborough, NZ), Primarius, Pinot Noir 2013 (Willamette, US) and more.
Celebrate the finale with two decadent dessert choices: Chocolate Pudding and Potted Lemon Curd – all before toasting to the New Year!
