Siena Restaurant’s third annual Mushroom Festival takes place through November 4, 2015.  For just $36 per person, guests will enjoy a special three-course menu that highlights the rich diversity of flavours available only at this time of year.

MAIN

Lobster Mushroom Stuffed Chicken Breast

Pan-roasted Steelhead wild mushroom farro “risotto”

Chanterelle Mushroom Ragu Pappardelle

Having been a practicing psychiatrist for almost 40 years (just retired last month) I am well aware of the marginal benefits and excessive risks of so many of our psychoactive medicines. I believe the current research and “re-research” into the potential beneficial role of psychedelics actually offers a real hope for psychiatric progress, finally. At least allow the research…

  3. Thank you for sharing this amazing place that serves my favorite mushroom. I surely try other food they have on the menu. It is good to know that there are restaurants that are using natural herbs and spices.
