Sensory Symposium sponsored by Okanagan College Sunday, April 28

Join us for the inaugural sensory symposium, sponsored by Okanagan College. At this unprecedented one day event, you’ll participate in blind tastings, seminars, interact with winemakers from all over BC and discuss trending topics in the wine industry. After a day of tasting and debating, wine by the glass and light fare will be available to wrap up the day’s events. Partial proceeds will be going to our charitable partner, Eco Eats.

Your ticket includes blind tastings at all three seminars covering the following topics:

  • Morning session II: Natural Wine

  • Afternoon session: Sustainability and sensory diversity in BC

Light refreshments between each session, along with lunch are also included in your ticket.
