Aussie Pie Guy is Vancouver’s one and only Aussie pie food truck. We make authentic Australian meat (and veggie!) pies and deserts that we sell from our food truck in and around Vancouver, BC. Aussie Pie Guy began with a craving – a craving for a delicious Aussie pie. Matt Fitzhardinge, a born and bred Aussie and Linda Lowery and Kayleigh Lum, who had traveled in Australia and fell in love with Aussie pies, searched high and low for authentic Australian pies in Vancouver and to their dismay, their search was unfounded…and then the light bulb turned on. Less than a year later and Aussie Pie Guy was born, hitting the streets of Vancouver for the first time in June 2013.
Aussie Pie Guy is owned and operated by Matt Fitzhardinge, Linda Lowery and Kiowa Martin; friends, business partners and pie lovers. We aim to create the best damn Aussie pies and a true Australian experience at our truck.
Aussie Pie Guy can be found most of the time at the corner of West Pender and Burrard or at farmers markets, festivals and events. AUSSIE PIE
Our take on a traditional Aussie pie made with chunks of free range BC beef and onion in a pepper gravy made with Howe Sound Rail Ale from Squamish, B.C.
THE TRIFECTA
Indulge! Free range, B.C minced beef with chunks of BC double smoked bacon and layers of vintage cheddar all in a rich gravy.
SHANE’S PIE
A signature pie created by our friend Shane. Tender free range BC beef short rib and vegetables with a red wine au-jus and apricot hoisin sauce over mashed potatoes.
CHOOK PIE
Don’t be a goose, have a chook pie. Local, free run chicken and mushrooms in a creamy white wine sauce.
VEGGIE PIE
Chock-a-block full of veggies! Organic roasted vegetable – yam, potato, eggplant, zucchini, red pepper and onion – with goat cheese and sun dried tomato. Topped with a fresh lemon and basil aioli.
SWEETIE PIE
Apple pie the Aussie way. BC apples and cinnamon with a layer of creamy vanilla custard made with real vanilla bean,made in a smaller party pie size.

A traditional Aussie cookie, originally sent overseas to diggers in World War I. Made with rolled oats, coconut and golden syrup.
