Chef Michael Pagnacco, the new Executive Chef of Fairmont Waterfront. Born and raised in Ontario, Canada, Chef Pagnacco was lured into the kitchen at an early age. His fascination with cooking and travel continued to blossom, and he knew a career in the culinary field was his calling.
The warm and cozy flavours of fall have made its way to Ladurée’s tea salon at 1141 Robson Street with the launch of several new desserts: the Ladurée Pumpkin Tart by executive pastry chef Mickael De Monte; a Praline Hazelnut Gateau; Gourmet Macaron Pear Caramel; and Gourmet Macaron Mont Blanc(chestnut).
From now until the end of December 2019, West plans to host a line-up of collaborative alumni dinners with Executive Chef Bobby Milheron and Restaurant Director Owen Knowlton to celebrate many of the spectacular menus that have been crafted for this room over its time.
