Dinner With A View will open its domes at Ambleside Beach, West Vancouver, from January 15th – February 16th 2020, with tickets available to purchase now, and already 60% sold out. Highly acclaimed Chef Paul Moran is being officially announced as the pop-up restaurant’s Head Chef, set to prepare a delicious three-course blind menu, with meat, fish or vegan options.
Bauhaus is a Vancouver institution in it’s own right. Dare I say a “classy” restaurant serving a mix of both contemporary and traditional European dishes with a German flair. Let me explain for anyone who might say that German food is not really on their radar when it comes to fine dining. Fair enough but Bauhaus has managed, over a considerable length of time, to marry fine dining along with the German dishes you might be expecting.

With something like 35 wineries pouring fabulous Pinot Noirs the day couldn’t have possibly been any better. I tasted many, but not all, wines on offer and snacked on some delicious bites along the way. The setting was ideal and the slightly overcast day turned out to be perfect for strolling at our leisure tasting wines.
