This New Year’s Eve, treat yourself to a beautiful dining experience at Dockside Restaurant, nestled in the Granville Island Hotel. On Tuesday, December 31, Dockside presents an elegant four-course menu designed to delight, featuring fresh seasonal ingredients and thoughtfully crafted options.
Begin your evening with indulgent bites like the vegan “pierogi” with creamy mushroom and pecan filling or a classic beef tartare bite. Move on to the first course, with standout options like the Squash Sunomono, with butternut squash noodles and tempura oyster mushrooms, or Chicken & Truffle, a rich blend of silky mousse and earthy chanterelles.
For the main course, savour the tender Steak Oscar, elevated with crab hollandaise and caramelized onion pave, or the perfectly seared Sablefish Meunière, paired with celeriac puree and broccolini. Vegan diners can enjoy the Eggplant “Parmesan,” a bold and hearty creation with tomato jus and a radicchio citrus salad.
Cap the year on a sweet note with decadent Chocolate Mousse or a vibrant vegan Crème Caramel.
