Few dining experiences in Toronto can top an evening at Scaramouche. For more than four decades this elegant midtown dining room has been revered for its flawless service, exceptional wine program, and sophisticated dishes from Executive Chef Keith Froggett and Chef de Cuisine Carolyn Reid. For this dinner, cardholders can expect an evening of luxurious fine dining with some exceptional products provided by Grégoire Doulain of Groupe Axyon. All of this will be paired with the terroir driven wines from Stratus Vineyards and Cru Wine Merchants. This is certain to be an unforgettable evening.
ABOUT SCARAMOUCHE
Since 1980, when it opened in a midtown modernist building, Scaramouche has quietly and consistently offered elegant, French-influenced fine dining to Toronto diners. Owners Keith Froggett and Carl Korte have passed the reins to Carolyn Reid and Ian Clark who now run the restaurant on a daily basis. Carolyn joined the team in 1995 and worked her way up from apprentice to Chef de Cuisine where she continues to execute the Scaramouche vision first taught to her by Executive Chef Keith Froggett. Ian Clark became part of the team in 2000 and quickly went from server to manager and now guides both the floor and curates the extensive wine list.

Enjoy the opportunity to experience rare chef collaborations when Toronto’s Michelin-starred Rob Rossi joins Phil Scarfone at Osteria Elio Volpe in Vancouver for an evening of authentic Italian fare or when Mimi Chinese welcomes celebrated Chef Brandon Jew of San Francisco’s Michelin-starred Mister Jiu’s.
Montreal’s Pichai is joined by the Sunnys Chinese team for a flavour-filled journey through China and Thailand. Calgary’s newest hot spot Dopo, and Banff’s Lupo, host two “Home & Away” culinary collaborations led by Chef Justin Leboe and Chef David Leeder, who recently returned to
Calgary with dazzling Michelin-star experience at NYC’s Per Se.
