MICHELIN Guide-recommended Fanny Bay Oyster Bar & Shellfish Market is upping its game by adding new weekday features to the fall and winter menu at the downtown tide-to-table destination located at 762 Cambie Street.
All-Night Happy Hour Mondays — Featuring the regular Fanny Bay Happy Hour food and drink menu as well as feature East & West Coast oysters for $2 ea. and premium East or West Coast oysters for $2.75 ea.;
Taco and Oysters Tuesdays — Showcasing all-day, all-night two-piece Surf & Turf Tacos and a rotating Fish Taco feature for $16 each as well as Happy Hour feature and premium oysters available for $2 and $2.75 each all night;
Wine Wednesdays — Featuring 50% off a rotating selection of bottles of red, white, rosé and sparkling from the Fanny Bay cellars that hail from a variety of Old- and New-World vineyards;
Champagne & Caviar Thursdays — Showcasing Caviar & Fried Oysters (four deep-fried Fanny Bay oysters topped with Siberian caviar & crema), $18; Trout Roe (50g & accompaniments), $45; Siberian Caviar (30g Sasanian Siberian sturgeon caviar & accompaniments), $70; Divine Pacific White Sturgeon Caviar and accompaniments, $70 (12g) or $140 (30g); a ‘Caviar Bump’ & BC Bubbles (2g Sasanian Siberian sturgeon caviar & accompaniments and a glass of Mums the Word sparkling), $20; and Caviar & Champagne (30g Sasanian Siberian caviar with accompaniments and a bottle of Duval-Leroy Champagne), $135; and House Serena Rosé Prosecco, $11 (6oz glass) or $40 (bottle) or Duval-Leroy Brut, $25 (6oz glass) or $100 (bottle).
The full Fanny Bay Happy Hour food menu available all day and night Mondays and all other days of the week from 2 to 6 p.m. includes:

Fanny Bay’s Happy Hour drink menu also features Fanny Bay Shooters (1oz whisky, house-made Caesar mix, fresh oyster) for $8; Phillips Brewing Tiltlager or Blue Buck pale ale or non-alcoholic Iota pilsner or Hazy IPA for $6; House sparkling wine (Serena Rosé Prosecco) for $11 per 6oz glass or $40 per bottle; Duval-Leroy Brut Champagne for $25 per 6oz glass or $100 per bottle; House Wine for $10 per 6oz glass or $36 per bottle; Premium Wine for $12 per 6oz glass or $48 per bottle; and rotating bottles of Sparking Sake for $33 each.
