Your Holiday Concierge: Iconic Wineries of British Columbia Announce
Expanded Holiday Offerings for the 2025 Season
Prestigious wineries introduce experiential offerings
alongside curated gift collections
The holiday lineup reflects growing interest in experiential gift-giving and destination activities, especially during the winter months. “Our holiday offerings are enhanced by not only what people can wrap, but also experiences that can be remembered,” said Angelica Palladino, VP, Guest Experience at Iconic Wineries of British Columbia. “Guests can learn skills, craft something with their hands, gift extraordinary wine expressions of the Okanagan Valley and access experiences not available anywhere else in the world.”
Educational Workshops and Classes
Led by floral designer Kelle from Floral Therapy, on Saturday, December 6, CedarCreek Estate Winery invites guests to its Holiday Wreath Crafting session, where participants will create their own wreaths from fresh foliage and fragrant evergreens under expert guidance. Participants will leave with a finished wreath and the skills to recreate at home.
Mission Hill Family Estate will run a series of chef-led culinary classes from November 1 through March 14, 2026, teaching four-course meal preparation across cuisine styles such as Italian, Indian and French. Each class includes estate wine pairings and accommodates 2-6 participants ($185 per person; $170 for wine club members).
For the ultimate gift giving, a visit to The Boutique at Mission Hill features gifts for everyone on this year’s list. From vintage luxury designer trunks, statement coffee table and cookbooks to stocking stuffers and specialty homewares, it’s the ideal spot for gift-giving and dressing up the festive dinner party table. For the first time, the estate has introduced a signature “Sip & Wrap” service that provides a wrapping salon, while enjoying a four-wine tasting flight. Available for $50 per person, the salon is perfect for those looking for a one-stop shop and wrap–in-style.

In the far northern winemaking climes of the world, lies a glacially formed valley with an incredibly diverse range of microclimates and soils. The Okanagan Valley was carved into volcanic rock by slow-moving, sediment-depositing glaciers thousands of years ago, leaving behind distinct sub-regions that benefit from long days in the growing season and the moderating influence of Lake Okanagan. These distinct subregions exist shoulder-to-shoulder, all carrying the potential to cultivate wine with unmistakable terroir.
Iconic Wineries of British Columbia is a collection of celebrated wineries that showcase the finest wine experiences throughout Canada’s acclaimed Okanagan Valley. Nestled deep among the mountains of British Columbia, the Okanagan Valley is a rare natural gem. Here, ancient glacial activity has left a stunningly beautiful divide filled with the highest concentration of different terroir in the winemaking world. This, together with the dramatic and challenging continental climate, requires viticultural and winemaking skills of the highest caliber in order to produce world-class wines in a truly world-class way. This is winemaking on the edge.
