IT’S BEGINNING TO LOOK A LOT LIKE CHRISTMAS:
MON PARIS PÂTISSERIE UNVEILS NEW SIGNATURE
COLLECTION TO SWEETEN HOLIDAY SEASON

Christmas-Themed Creations Include Bûches de Noël,
Edible Ornaments and Stocking Stuffers
Available Now at
Burnaby and Vancouver Café Locations

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas at Mon Paris Pâtisserie as Chef/Owner Elena Krasnova is unveiling a new signature collection of holiday-themed confections that will be available soon at her two beloved pâtisseries located in Olympic Village (1731 Manitoba St.) and Burnaby (4396 Beresford St.).

The Mon Paris holiday treats include a trio of Bûches de Noël (Yule Logs): ‘Snow Flowers’, comprising dark chocolate biscuit, hazelnut crunch, Fererro Rocher and hazelnut chocolate mousse; the ‘Winter White’, blending biscuit with coconut strudel, exotic mango and passion fruit compote and coconut mousse; and a ‘Ginger House’ made with banana cake, diced banana compote and caramel mousse. All three items are now available for preorder at monparis.ca for pickup at both cafés Dec. 22 to 24 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Other seasonal treats and edible stocking stuffers include Dark and Milk Chocolate Ornaments decorated with festive cocoa butter with three assorted truffles inside; Dark and Milk Chocolate Christmas Trees adorned with dried fruit and caramelized nuts; and Boxes of festive mendiant composed of white, dark, milk and ruby chocolate topped with variety of nuts and fruits.

The Mon Paris signature Holiday confections will be available for online pre-orders at monparis.ca and pickups and in-store purchases while quantities last. As this year’s collection is handcrafted in limited supply, guests are encouraged to order or shop early to avoid disappointment.

Krasnova, whose artistic creations have been showcased in North American and European publications, opened her second Mon Paris location in the heart of Olympic Village earlier this year to showcase her modern and award-winning takes on cakes, chocolates, pastries and confections as well as Parisian baguette sandwiches and lunch-focused fare.
