KINTON RAMEN warms up winter

KINTON RAMEN warms up winter with the return of fan-favourite specials

Beloved seasonal menu items offer comforting flavours rooted in authentic Japanese technique

As colder days continue to settle in across the country, KINTON RAMEN is embracing the season with the launch of its winter seasonal specials – offering guests cozy comfort while staying true to the balanced, authentic ingredients central to Japanese cooking.

Launching February 9, KINTON RAMEN is bringing back Burnt Shoyu Ramen, a limited-time menu item that has been consistently requested by guests after appearing periodically over the past few years.

“Burnt Shoyu Ramen is a comforting bowl designed to take on the cold weather across the country,” says Alan De Luna, Senior Marketing Manager at KINKA FAMILY, the hospitality group that owns and operates KINTON RAMEN. “That purpose is exactly why it resonates so strongly with guests at this time of year, and why we’re excited to bring it back after continued demand throughout the year.”

Burnt Shoyu Ramen features a rich pork broth infused with charred shoyu and deep umami notes, delivering a bold, smoky flavour profile. The comforting bowl is layered with thick noodles, tender pork, seasoned egg, scallions, bean sprouts, garlic chips, roasted sesame seeds, naruto, nori and finished with aromatic black garlic oil.

For guests looking to enhance their order, the Cozy KINTON Combo pairs Burnt Shoyu Ramen with a choice of Tokyo Fries or Gyoza (pork or veggie), plus one non-alcoholic seasonal beverage.

While Burnt Shoyu Ramen and the Cozy KINTON Combo are available for dine-in, takeout and delivery, guests ordering from home can also enjoy a delivery-exclusive offer. KINTON RAMEN is bringing back the Golden Duo, featuring the brand’s signature Golden Sesame Ramen in a buy-one-get-one-free format, available through DoorDash, Skip and kintonramen.com.

“We understand that a growing part of today’s hospitality experience happens at home,” adds De Luna. “Bringing back the Golden Duo was a natural way to give delivery guests the same sense of comfort and value they expect when dining in.”

The Cozy KINTON Combo is priced at $24.99. For dine-in guests, the non-alcoholic beverage can be upgraded to an available seasonal alcoholic option. Availability may vary by location and channel. Both offers are available at participating locations.
