The Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts (PICA) is getting into the spirit of awards season and paying homage to an acclaimed Oscars-associated Chef by hosting a pair of Wolfgang Puck Oscar Dinners at the Granville Island campus on Weds., March 4th and Thurs., March 5th.
These two exclusive mulit-course dining events will feature dishes inspired by Puck and re-created by PICA chefs Ben, Phyllis and Patrice and their Advanced Culinary and Baking students via a five-course menu that brings together some of Puck’s most celebrated and iconic recipes as well as Austrian classics that defined his foundations.
The latest chef-led and student-executed events begin at 6 p.m. each night and set the stage for the 98th annual Academy Awards ceremony with Conan O’Brien as host that takes place at the Dolby® Theatre in Hollywood on Sunday, March 15th.
