Legendary Taylor Fladgate Featured in Next Cellar Series Dinner at Provence Marinaside

Provence Marinaside Presents Legendary Wines of
Taylor Fladgate at May Cellar Series Dinner

Long known for the excellence of its wine program, Provence Marinaside is presenting an extraordinary opportunity for wine lovers on Thursday, May 7th. Indulge in a once-in-a-lifetime evening where legendary Taylor Fladgate Ports will be presented alongside the debut of Fladgate Still Wines. This exclusive six-course dinner has been designed to showcase the depth of these world-renowned ports and the elegance of Portugal’s newest still wine portfolio.

Joining Provence from Portugal for the evening is Jorge Ramos, The Fladgate Partnership’s Sales and Marketing Manager responsible for The Fladgate Partnership’s Port, Still and Sparkling wines in Canada.

“We created this menu to reflect the depth, elegance, and versatility of Taylor Fladgate’s wines, drawing inspiration from their balance of tradition and precision. A visit to the winery in 2016 left a lasting impression on me, shaping a pairing approach that highlights both the heritage of the house and the expressive potential of each course alongside both, the exciting release of their still wines and their Ports,” comments Provence Marinaside’s Wine Director Joshua Carlson.

The dinner begins at 6:30 p.m. with a Taylor Fladgate Fine White Port cocktail reception, paired with Iberian-inspired canapés. Guided by Mr. Ramos, who will lend his expertise and insights, each following course offers a remarkable pairing, culminating in the unveiling of Taylor Fladgate Victory Port 80-Year-Old Tawny – a rarely poured masterpiece. This is a rare vertical progression through Ports aged 30, 40, 50, and 80 years, paired with a bespoke Provençal menu in Provence Marinaside’s elegant waterfront setting.

Priced at $275 per person (not including taxes and fees), only 14 seats are available for this exclusive event. Prepaid reservations available through OpenTable on Provence’s website.
