Celebrate Vancouver at four Freehouse Collective locations  Dine in and enjoy special multi-course menus from January 22nd to February 9th 

This year, four Freehouse Collective locations will be offering multi-course set menus with options from hearty to elevated to satisfy any culinary mood.  

During the cold months, nothing pleases like a steaming bowl of soup and both locations of  Sing Sing Beer Bar, Main Street and Commercial Drive, will offer a delicious two-course menu ($25) centred on its signature  Phở Bò with rare steak, brisket, and meatballs to chase away the cold. Start the meal with  Cured Tuna Tartare or Shishito Peppers or opt for the meatless deliciousness of the Avocado & Crispy Tofu main for an extra dose of resolution-approved healthiness.  

 

In the heart of the Financial District, Brass Fish Tavern is serving up a sumptuous  celebratory menu ($65) with indulgent mains like Bison Steak Diane, Seafood Paella  Risotto, and Grilled Peri-Peri Chicken, enhanced by appetizers like Crispy Tuna & Rice or a  Goat Cheese Cake, and rounded out irresistible desserts like Salted Pretzel Toffee Pudding.  Whether landed a big contract or making one of life’s notable moments, this menu is  guaranteed to make the occasion special.  

The Ballyhoo Public House is perfectly located for a night out in Vancouver’s  entertainment district and the Dine Out Vancouver menu ($34) offers shareable options  like Prawn Tacos and Fried Brussels Sprouts with a feature Speziato Pizza with soppressata,  Calabrian chili and tomato pesto, with a Vietnamese Coffee Tiramisu to finish.
