Festive Turkey Takeout
Looking to impress your holiday guests with a restaurant-quality turkey feast? H Tasting Lounge’s signature Festive Turkey Takeout offers two options: the ‘Whole Roasted Turkey Dinner’ for 8–10 guests, or the individual ‘Carvery-to-Go’ for 2–6. Each Fraser Valley Turkey comes with delicious sides like Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, Cranberry & Apple Sage Brioche Stuffing, Bayshore Honey Glazed Root Vegetables, Turkey Gravy, and more, finished with a rich, chocolatey Festive Yule Log. Add extras such as maple honey-glazed ham or additional sides to enhance your holiday table.

The 12 Cocktails of Christmas Toys (November 27 – December 28)
Take a “sip” down memory lane this holiday season with The 12 Cocktails of Christmas Toys — a series of nostalgic drinks inspired by the vintage Sears holiday catalogue. Explore whimsical creations like the Holiday Dream House, crafted with Gran Centenario Plata Tequila, Giffard Crème de Pêche, Victoria Bitter Bianca, cranberry bubble gum soda, and glitter; and the Brick & Butter, made with spiced brandy, Copperpenny Akvavit custard, and Danish cookie butter cream. Each cocktail is handcrafted with seasonally inspired, house-made infusions such as walnut milk, chestnut syrup, vanilla-clarified strawberry, and sugar cookie distillate.
Christmas Dinner at H Tasting Lounge (December 24 and 25)
Choose your holiday dinner celebration: immerse yourself in the magic of H Tasting Lounge’s art deco interior, or the cozy intimacy of a heated Winterlust dining dome.
Indoors, enjoy a refined three-course Christmas Dinner by Chef Andrii Olshevskyi, featuring appetizers like Truffled Parsnip Velouté or Smoked Duck Salad, a choice of Sous-Vide Turkey Roulade, Golden Seared Sablefish, or Salt-Baked Heirloom Carrots, and Pastry Chef Martha Ebro’s signature Mont Blanc to finish. H2 Christmas Brunch Buffet with Santa
H2’s beloved Christmas Day Lunch Buffet returns on December 25, with a special guest from the North Pole! Highlights include a vibrant Christmas Salad Bar, Dim Sum, brunch favourites like Fried Chicken & Waffles and made-to-order omelets, and more. The Kid’s Zone offers build-your-own waffles, sliders, mac & cheese, and a whimsical chocolate fountain. This holiday season, the Bayshore Grand Ballroom transforms into the LEVEL UP Games Room, a vibrant, neon-lit, 15,000-square-foot pop-up arcade offering endless all-ages fun.
