Fairmont Waterfront launches new new In-Room Wellness program

FAIRMONT WATERFRONT BRINGS WELLNESS
WITHOUT WALLS INTO EVERY ROOM

In-Room Wellness program to combine on-demand wellness guides
with healthy dining and access to fitness equipment

Fairmont Waterfront is introducing In-Room Wellness, a new guest experience that brings guided movement, mindfulness and recovery programming directly into guestrooms, expanding the hotel’s signature Wellness Without Walls offering.

Central to the offering is a six-part video collection developed in collaboration with Fairmont Waterfront’s wellness expert, Tianne Allan. Accessible through in-room QR codes and televisions, the series features guided yoga, meditation, breathwork and recovery practices designed to help travellers recharge and reconnect during their stay.

The content also includes dedicated sleep programming designed to help guests unwind and build restorative evening routines while travelling, with continued access available after checkout. Filmed throughout the hotel, the content creates an authentic connection to the property and the spaces guests experience throughout their stay.

To further support guests’ wellbeing, Fairmont Waterfront also offers access to yoga mats and athletic apparel through Fairmont Fit, complimentary for members of the ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty program.

Complementing the offering, Fairmont Waterfront has introduced new “Waterfront Wellness” dishes to its In-Room Dining menu. Available across breakfast, lunch and dinner, the offerings highlight nutrient-rich plant-forward ingredients, whole grains, lean proteins and seasonal produce.

“Wellness Without Walls has long been a defining part of the Fairmont Waterfront experience, and we are excited to continue evolving that commitment through the launch of In-Room Wellness,” said Randall Williams, Fairmont Waterfront’s General Manager. “Combined with the commencement of Phase 2 of our multi-year renovation, which will see two-thirds of guestrooms thoughtfully reimagined to our new Pure Coastal Luxury standard by next spring, we are proud to embed wellness into every detail across the hotel to help our guests feel their very best.”

Guests can also take part in Fairmont Waterfront’s Winter Wellness program, highlighted by the return of the popular Polar Plunge & Brunch series for a third year. Led by Jodi Francks, the hotel’s CEO (Chill Experience Officer), participants take part in a guided cold-water immersion at Stanley Park’s Third Beach. Complimentary programming also returns throughout the season, including weekly yoga, stretching and sound meditation sessions, as well as twice-weekly guided morning runs through Stanley Park.

Together, these offerings extend wellbeing beyond traditional wellness spaces, connecting guests with movement, mindfulness, nutrition and nature through distinctly Pacific Northwest-inspired programming.
