The culinary team at 50th Parallel Estate Winery will be joined by Chef Justin Leboe—one of Calgary and Banff’s most celebrated chefs—in Lake Country for an exclusive Visa Infinite Wine Country dinner that will transform the region’s fresh bounty into vibrant fare, flawlessly paired with their award-winning wines. Held on the stunning grounds of 50th Parallel Estate, this will be an evening of heightened flavours in a spectacularly beautiful Okanagan wine country setting.
ABOUT 50TH PARALLEL ESTATE WINERY AND BLOCK ONE
50th Parallel is a world-class wine destination only 15 minutes from Kelowna airport, located in the cool-climate region of BC’s Lake Country. Owned by “glamour farmers” Curtis and Sheri-Lee Krouzel, the winery is known for its award-winning contemporary architecture, warm hospitality, and elegant wines; especially the Pinot Noir and traditional method brut which have been winning awards nationally and internationally since the first vintage in 2011. ABOUT JUSTIN LEBOE
One of Calgary’s favourite chefs, Justin Leboe is now Senior Director of Culinary Development at the Banff Hospitality Collective, where he oversees the culinary program of 13 restaurant properties, including Bluebird, The Bison, and Lupo, which just landed on Canada’s 100 Best. Previously, Chef Leboe led Rush, Model Milk, and Pigeonhole to top three spots on enRoute’s Best New Restaurant list, the only chef ever to achieve this hat trick.
