to be displayed at 25th Anniversary of BUILDEX
2-day Event Opens Wednesday at Vancouver Convention Centre West
BUILDEX Vancouver celebrates its 25th anniversary this week with an expansive Tradeshow and in-depth conference highlighting the newest in innovative trends, products and services related to the design, construction, renovation, retrofit, refurbishing, furnishing, and operations of all types of buildings. Running February 19 and 20 at the Vancouver Convention Centre West, BUILDEX promises to bring two days of excitement and discovery to every aspect of the built environment.
More than 13,500 visitors will explore 600 exhibits on the trade show floor, where they will absorb the newest ideas and solutions from industry thought leaders, discuss innovative products and materials with the manufacturers and distributors, and discover breakthrough technologies that will vastly improve their businesses.
The floor is divided into construction and renovation, property management and architecture and interior design sections, to make for easy navigation, and will feature special sections including the Passive House Pavilion and the BC Wood Pavilion.
Along with the tradeshow, BUILDEX attendees will have the opportunity to take part in over 50 educational seminars, and be introduced to upcoming industry standards, innovative ways to make a space truly unique, an outlook into future industry trends and so much more. Thursday is also Architecture Day, with four distinct panel presentations specifically for architects.
In celebration of its 25th anniversary, BUILDEX will be co-located with the 2014 Vancouver Real Estate Forum – celebrating its 20th anniversary this year – in the industry’s most all-encompassing and largest professional gathering Western Canada has ever hosted.
