For the first time in Vancouver the Italian Trade Show and Tasting was an incredible opportunity to be introduced to new products and reacquainted with some local favourites.
With thanks to the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Canada – West who did an outstanding job of organizing and facilitating this event. I, for one, hope the Trade Show and Tasting becomes an annual event.
Many of the items on display are available at Bosa Foods in Vancouver. A smaller selection is available at Urban Fare and other specialty stores.
The food was fantastic and the wines were fabulous. #MadeinItaly and here is my recap in pictures. For a complete list of presenters: ItalyTrade.com Enjoy!
