Gastown Destination Hosts Second Edition of Wildly Popular Event Pairing House-Made Sausage, Charcuterie and Snacks with an Array of Pink Wines Hailing from BC and Beyond
Wildebeest will host a second edition of the previously sold-out ‘Pink Links’ Sausage and Rosé Party in their popular Gastown restaurant on Thursday, May 23 at 7 p.m.
Presented in conjunction with the two-day Top Drop Vancouver Terroir + Craft festival taking culinary centre stage in the city May 23 and 24, Pink Links is a fun grazing affair pairing Wildebeest Ian McHale’s house-made charcuterie and sausages with a variety of rosé wines selected by Wine Director Christina Hartigan.

“This was a huge highlight of our calendar last year and we’re excited to bring it back for a second run,” says McHale. “It’s a very casual, laidback mingler where we get to showcase some amazing wineries while also highlighting our nose-to-tail culinary philosophy and the local farmers, butchers and foragers who provide us with the top-quality ingredients we are proud to feature on a daily basis.”
TICKETS
Early bird tickets to the Pink Links sausage-and-rosé party are available for $49 inclusive of tax and gratuity (before May 5) and $55 afterwards while supplies last, and may be purchased at topdrop.ca. Partial proceeds from ticket sales will directly benefit the BC Hospitality Foundation, a local charity that provides support for individuals within the hospitality industry who are coping with a financial crisis arising from a health or medical condition.
