Calling anyone who daydreams about enjoying a VIP food and wine experience in the Okanagan! Tickets for a new online lottery featuring prizes from BC’s Wine Country will be available for purchase from May 6th to May 26th2019. The lottery will benefit the BC Hospitality Foundation (BCHF), our province’s hospitality charity.
The list of prizes is irresistible anyone who has a taste for BC food and wine – and for luxury. Examples include:
- 2 tickets to the sold-out Grand Sommelier Express evening train ride, as well as a dinner at Local on Lakeshore, a Bottleneck Drive tour, and 2 nights at the Summerland Waterfront Resort & Spa (approx. value $1,850)
- A 2-night getaway to Burrowing Owl Estate Winery, including a 3-course dinner with wine pairings and accommodation in a Guest House Penthouse Suite – private deck and breakfasts included! (approx. value $2,100)
- Dinner for 8 at Chef Rod Butters’ RauDZ Regional Table…starting with Welcome Tapas at micro bar & bites, Kelowna’s hottest cocktail bar (approx. $1600)

The BCHF is grateful to the Wine Country businesses that are generously donating such an amazing selection of prizes. Lottery proceeds will support the Foundation’s work, which includes assisting hospitality workers facing financial crisis due to extraordinary medical circumstances, as well as granting scholarships for students studying in the hospitality field at select BC schools.
