DRIVE IS ON!

Cause We Care Foundation’s 15th annual Care Package Drive launches today! Our goal this year is to raise $180,000 to provide 1,200 Care Packages to families in need across the Lower Mainland. These wonderful gifts send an important message and help make the season a little brighter for so many who are struggling during these challenging times. To get us started, Capital Direct is back to help with their campaign to match the first $35,000 raised. That means that thanks to their incredible generosity, the first 233 care packages sold will be matched for a total of 466 care packages. With your support, we know we can reach even more this year, and make a difference in the lives of those most vulnerable in our communities. Please give generously, every dollar counts and your contribution really matters.

We are also pleased to welcome back Herschel Supply Co. and thank them for donating 1,200 brand new backpacks! Each backpack will be filled with a $100 grocery gift card from Save-On-Foods Cambie Street, warm accessories from Aritzia, plus some other essentials and treats. By providing a grocery gift card again this year, we are reducing the number of volunteers required to gather and assemble packages, while also offering mothers flexibility to shop for their needs. Thanks to all of our generous sponsors each Care Package is valued at well over $230, so your $150 donation will go far to provide so much more value to those who need our help the most.
