Raise a Glass all April to Celebrate Argentina’s Malbec World Day
Malbec World Day is Sunday, April 17th. Three retailers in BC are celebrating Argentine wines all month long. These local shops will feature a range of Malbecs and blends from the many different regions within Argentina. Malbec is the country’s flagship red varietal and the country’s winemakers are producing food-friendly wines that offer diversity and value.
April is a great time to stock up for Easter festivities and the summer ahead as Barbecue season is back!
It will be easy to check out a selection of recommended Argentine favourites wherever you are, as there will be displays at 6 locations of Everything Wine, as well as at the centrally-located Legacy Liquor Store and at Marquis Wine Cellars on Davie Street.
Marquis will generously donate $1 from every bottle of Argentine wine purchased at their store in April to the BC Hospitality Foundation (BCHF), our province’s hospitality charity.
