ACQUAFARINA DEBUTS BRAND NEW MENU FOR SUMMER
New menu featuring fresh crudo bar, premium pizzas, and innovative cocktails
now available all-day
Acquafarina is thrilled to announce they have launched a brand new menu just in time for the summer season. The Michelin-recommended Italian restaurant debuted their crudo and ceviche bar last month and have now added many more mouth-watering food and beverage items to their all-day menu.
The new menu, carefully crafted by Culinary Director Chef Jefferson Alvarez, offers a variety of contemporary Italian starters, main courses, and premium pizzas available for lunch and dinner. Noteworthy items include a fresh Watermelon Carpaccio with burrata, shaved truffle, and tomatillo dressing; the Frutti Di Mare, a seafood risotto dish made with Hokkaido scallops, clams, and lobster, and Mortadella Pizza, with fior di latte and pistachio.
The bar program, helmed by Bar Director Barry Jackson, has also welcomed new additions such as the Violet Gin Fizz, a delicious Empress 1908 Gin based cocktail made with Giffard violet, lemon, lavender syrup, egg whites, and soda; as well as the Division Bell, an innovative new mezcal cocktail inspired by a Caprese salad, with tomato-infused Aperol, Caffo maraschino liqueur, lime and basil oil.
Acquafarina is located at 425 West Georgia Street and is open for lunch and dinner Tuesday through Friday from 11:30 am – 10 pm and for dinner on Saturday from 5 pm. Walk-ins are welcome, reservations are preferred and can be booked via Tock. For more information visit acquafarina.com.
