The seasons may be changing soon but we’re not ready to say goodbye to summer just yet. There’s still so much to do and enjoy that we want to savour the end of summer with cocktails that encapsulate the true essence of the season. Indulging in some bubbly in those cocktails is just the icing on the cake.
