Día de los Muertos is a Mexican family celebration honouring ancestors and cherished memories. In the spirit of this uniquely Mexican holiday, H2 Kitchen + Bar at The Westin Bayshore, Vancouver, will have a special distiller’s dinner on Thursday, November 2. Top-shelf tequilas and a mezcal from premier Mexican distillers will be paired with an innovative multi-course menu curated by Chef Homer Baisa.
The renowned distillers include: Maestro Doble, Jose Cuervo, Gran Centenario Plata, 1800 Blanco, and Creyente Mezcal.
With tastings guided by a tequila and mezcal expert, this one-of-a-kind menu celebrates Canada and Mexico’s cultural and culinary ties.
