The grapes for this wine came from the Garagan Vineyard on the Naramata Bench.  They were whole-bunch pressed and aged in 73% stainless steel and 27% in neutral French oak barrels. Only 211 cases were produced.  Lemon yellow with medium-minus intensity.  Lime, minerality, nectarine, lemon cream, peach, apple, honey, and white flowers on the nose.  Good balance.  The nose is mirrored on the palate with apple, lime, and nectarine flavours dominating.  A medium-plus finish.  This is a lovely afternoon wine with only 11.9% ABV.  Serve with a fresh fruit salad, clam linguini, or scallop pasta.
