This year, The Ballyhoo is bringing holiday vibes to Downtown Vancouver with Bar Humbug, a new seasonal pop-up that will deliver kitschy and nostalgic holiday-themed high spirits with festive cocktails and food, warm welcomes, and tinsel-wrapped good times to warm the heart of even the Scroogiest holiday skeptics.
Whether it’s after work drinks with the office, apost-shopping unwind, or the annual ugly sweater night with friends, Bar Humbug is the perfect venue for celebrating the holidays in Downtown Vancouver.
Take care of the holiday nibbles with seasonal dishes like Spiced Turkey Sliders with chutney, stuffing and gravy, Kevin’s Mac ‘n Cheese with Scooby Doo pasta and truffle white cheddar sauce, and Dunkaroos with chocolate chunk cookies and butterscotch pudding.
Raise the holiday spirits with festive libations like the Ferrero Rocher Old Fashioned with bourbon, hazelnut, chocolate, fino sherry, angostura, orange oil, and Ferrero Rocher, or the No Coffee After Eight with Jameson, coffee, peppermint, salted vanilla cold foam, candy cane, and After Eight, or the Sleigh Ride in Central Park with Skrewball peanut butter whisky, J.P. Wiser whiskey, sweet vermouth, and raspberry.
Bar Humbug will run from December 3rd to 31st at The Ballyhoo in Vancouver and Lovejoy at the Walrus in the heart of Toronto’s Financial District. Space is limited and reservations are recommended.
