Oliver Osoyoos Wine Country is hosting an exciting array of events, to celebrate the sold out 2025 Half Corked Marathon, taking place May 30 to June 1, 2025. With a vibrant ‘Disco‘ theme, the weekend offers a perfect mix of wine, food, and entertainment in one of Canada’s premier wine regions with a range of events open to all.

The weekend’s ‘Disco‘ theme adds a fun twist to the celebration of everything that makes our wine country so special.”

Primavera Party – Friday May 30, 2025
Over the Fence Winery
Celebrate the start of the 2025 Half Corked Marathon weekend in style at the popular Primavera Party, set amid the scenic vineyards of Over the Fence Winery in Osoyoos. Stroll through the vines while sipping on the winery’s delicious portfolio of wines, paired with tasty appetizers before arriving at elegantly tented tables on the crush pad. With a backdrop of wine barrels and breath-taking views, dine on a multi-course feast by Vancouver’s Casa Molina – named Best Date Night in the Vancouver Magazine Restaurant Awards earlier this week. Savour Chef Javier Blanc’s delicious food, which draws inspiration from the heart of Spanish kitchens with simple yet exceptional ingredients. Dance the evening away to live music before enjoying a safe ride home to Oliver, Osoyoos or Penticton, to rest up for the big run the next day!

Party at the Finish Line – Saturday May 31, 1-3pm
Oliver Community Park
Everyone is welcome at the Finish Line Party at Oliver Community Park, as Half Corked Marathon participants celebrate the end of an epic run. Cheer on the costume contest winners, savour wines from Oliver Osoyoos Wine Country’s vineyards, tuck into mouth-watering paella from Vancouver’s award-winning The Paella Guys (voted second best paella in the world), and enjoy live music and entertainment throughout the afternoon. It’s the perfect way to cap off an unforgettable day of running and revelry!
Cost: Free for all guests; wine tastings available to purchase for $25 + tax (included for Half Corked Marathon participants).

Krystle Dos Santos Concert – Saturday May 31, 2025
Tinhorn Creek Vineyards
The evening following the run, enjoy a soulful performance by Krystle Dos Santos, a celebrated Canadian singer known for her unique blend of jazz, R&B, and pop, at Tinhorn Creek Vineyards. Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Golden Mile Bench, this concert is the perfect way to unwind and enjoy the evening after a fun-fueled day. Guests can savour Tinhorn Creek’s portfolio of wines while being entertained by one of Canada’s most exciting vocal talents.

Charity Pancake Breakfast – Sunday June 1, 2025 from 7:30-11.30am
Nostalgia Wines
Enjoy a delicious pancake breakfast between the vines at Nostalgia Wines, the perfect farewell ode to the 2025 Half Corked Marathon weekend. $15 of every ticket sold will go directly to the Leukemia / Bone Marrow Transplant Program at Vancouver General Hospital. The ticket includes a delicious pancake breakfast and Nostalgia Wines’ Chantilly Lace Mimosa.
Cost: $25 + tax per guest

Celebrating 17 years, the sold out Half Corked Marathon is a truly unique 22km fun run, which weaves participants through the vineyards and valleys of the region’s iconic wine-growing areas. Winery stations dot the route culminating in the Finish Line Party, where runners receive a delicious, fresh paella lunch and can enjoy live music and more delectable wines in a lush park setting. Creative costumes are encouraged and prizes are awarded for the best individual costume, best team and best skit.
