This is the first in a series of exclusive features, one for each of the presenting wineries that were in attendance. It was an incredible night of wine tasting, nibbles and conversations about the wines presented.
The evening featured a series of thoughtfully curated food pairings, great conversation, and the opportunity to taste the newly relaunched wines alongside the winemakers themselves – a meaningful moment, especially given the challenges the BC wine industry has faced recently.

The grape behind the name of Gray Monk, we have a soft spot for Pinot Gris.
The Pinot Gris is celar and bright. On the nose, this wine shows reipe orchard freuit aromas with a subtle note of citrus adding complexity.
A medium-bodied Pinot Gris with a smooth texture, refreshing acidity and a touch of richness, this is an off-dry style, with a explosion of orchard fruit flavours and a hint of spice and minerality that linger on the finish.

GRAY MONK UNWOODED CHARDONNAY 2024
Crafted in BC.
The Chardonnay is clear and bright with a straw yellow hue. Intense fresh aromas of apple, Barlett pear, golden kiwi, and melon rise from the glass.
A smooth yet refreshing, slightly off-dry medium-bodied wine with a medley of orchard fruit and melon flavours, enhanced by notes of citrus and apple that linger on the finish.

GRAY MONK ROSÉ 2024
A beautiful Rosé, light pink in colour with fesh aromas of strawberry, cranberry, and melon.
This is a light-bodied, refreshing wine with perfectly balanced acidity. Flavours of red berries, red currant, and hints of grapefruit excite the palate and linger on the finish.
