Vineyard Notes:
Primarily hot, fine sandy loam, south aspect
Processes:
Night harvested, destemmed, crushed, and pressed immediately. Moderately cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks using Prise de Mousse yeast. Filtered cold, with no fining.

A patio pounder, – this wine is pure refreshment.

Vineyard Notes:
High elevation, cool, rocky silty loam, south aspect
Processes:
Night harvested, destemmed, crushed, and pressed immediately. Moderately cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks using Prise de Mousse yeast. Filtered cold after bentonite fining.

Classic crisp Riesling with a finish that is 30 steamboat certified.
