Rosie’s Hospitality loves the holiday season and this year you’ll be able to get festive with Rosie’s at the Vancouver Christmas Market and find our BBQ at the Fire Foods booth in the Shipyards Christmas Market in North Vancouver. Rosie’s also be popping up at Farmers Markets around the city throughout the holiday season so that you can load up on Rosie’s favourites to take home.
At the Vancouver Christmas Market, Rosie’s is cooking up pork shanks and grilled chicken at the Haxen & Hen House. Both the shanks and chicken are slow smoked then rotisserie finished for unbeatable flavour and juiciness. Grab and go to enjoy while shopping for the holidays and taking in the tradition German festivities. The market is open now through December 24th, so be sure to stop in and try Rosie’s delicious creations at Vancouver’s biggest holiday tradition.
The Shipyards Christmas Market launches on November 28th, and Rosie’s will be supplying their brisket and other smoked goodies to their friends at Fire Foods who will be on hand selling their handcrafted hot sauces to holiday shoppers. They’re a perfect match for Rosie’s BBQ and a great holiday gift.
The Rosie’s team will also be at farmers markets around the city including regular visits to the Riley Park, downtown, and Kitsilano Markets.
