HOLIDAY SEASON AT NORTH VANCOUVER BRUNCH HOTSPOT

Loam’s New Sweet and Savoury Fare Includes Turkish Eggs,
Tiramisu French Toast, Butter-Poached Lobster and
Maple-Glazed Bacon Eggs Bennys and More

Loam Bistro Chef/Owner Rahul Negi is debuting some tasty new dishes on the food and drink menu beginning Monday, December 8th at the popular brunch destination located in the heart of the North Vancouver’s Lower Lonsdale District at 230 Esplanade West.

Negi’s seven new brunch dishes range from sweet to savoury and include highlights like Turkish Eggs (soft-poached eggs over garlicky yogurt, topped with Kashmiri chili-infused butter and fresh herbs), Tiramisu French Toast(espresso-soaked brioche layered with Mascarpone cream and cocoa powder) and two spins on Classic Eggs Benedicts that showcase butter-poached lobsterand maple-glazed, thick-cut bacon. New signature drinks joining the Loam menu include an Avocado Latte, Blood Orange Chocolate Latte and Thai Chocolate Tea.

Fans of Loam’s current menu need not fear: Negi is saving room for a number of guest-favourite holdovers on the new lineup, including the Prosciutto & Hot Honey Sandwich (focaccia, Prosciutto di Parma, house-blend hot honey, peaches, burrata, arugula), Avocado Croast (pressed butter croissant, guacamole, poached egg, arugula, pine nuts, Grana Padano, pea purée) and Green Pea Risotto (homemade pea purée, Grana Padano, poached eggs), among others.

Throughout the holiday season, guests can also enjoy Loam’s new morning Happier Hour Menu available for dine-in guests on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings from 9 to 11 a.m. that features Loam classics such as Guacamole & Egg Sandwiches or Poached Egg, Mushroom & Arugula on Sourdough for $8 each; Two-Way Eggs on Brioche or Ricotta, Hot Honey & Prosciutto on Sourdough for $9 each, Sausage & Fried Egg over Herbed Yogurt & Arugula for $11 and $2 off signature Loam beverages.

Loam Bistro will be open throughout the winter Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays through Sundays for brunch, lunch and espresso-based beverages to stay or go from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., with pickup and delivery options available through its website at loambistro.ca.

HOLIDAY HOURS
Loam Bistro will be closed on Christmas Eve and Day (Weds., Dec. 24th and Thurs., Dec. 25th) and reopening at 9 a.m. on Fri., Dec. 26th and closed for New Year’s Eve and Day (Weds., Dec. 31st and Thurs., Jan. 1st, 2026) before reopening at 9 a.m. on Fri., Jan. 2nd, 2026 and returning to its regular weekly schedule.
