Egg- and Bunny-Themed Creations and Croissant Rolls, Sunday Brunch at Olympic Village

The Easter Bunny is poised to make his annual debut with a basket brimming with decadent confections at Mon Paris Pâtisserie’’s two locations in Burnaby (4396 Beresford Street) and Olympic Village (1731 Manitoba Street) in time for seasonal celebrations this April.

Available soon for online pre-orders at www.monparis.ca and in store starting Tuesday, March 17, Chef & Owner Elena Krasnova’s egg-centric lineup for 2026 features small and large decorative Easter Eggs filled with caramelized nuts and fruits in milk and dark chocolate varieties ($28 / $35) as well as whimsical Edible Bunny Dioramas made of dark chocolate with a truffle surprise on the side ($28).

The Mon Paris signature Easter confections will be available for online pre-orders and pickups and in-store purchases at both locations until April 5th or while supplies last. As this year’s Easter collection is being handcrafted in limited supply, guests are encouraged to order or shop early to avoid disappointment.

Krasnova, whose artistic creations have been showcased in North American and European publications, opened her second Mon Paris location in the heart of Olympic Village at 1731 Manitoba Street last spring. Inspired by the celebrated cafés of Paris that enchanted Krasnova while she was attending the prestigious Ferrandi Ecole de Gastronomie, the new location showcases her modern, award-winning takes on cakes, chocolates, pastries and confections as well as Parisian baguette sandwiches and lunch-focused fare.

Further Easter-themed touches that will delight at the Olympic Village location this April include the debut of new Croissant Cubes on April 1st in Strawberry Mascarpone and Hazelnut Chocolate flavours as well as Sunday Brunch services featuring savoury creations like Egg Benedict Croissants from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Krasnova is also introducing a new Parisian Flan to the menu at both locations that is available exclusively on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays while supplies last.

Mon Paris Burnaby is located at 4396 Beresford Street in Burnaby and Mon Paris Olympic Village is located at 1731 Manitoba Street in Vancouver. Both locations are open Tuesdays through Sundays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. For more information about Mon Paris Pâtisserie, visit monparis.ca, follow @monparis.ca on Instagram or become a friend of /monparispatisserie on Facebook.
