2022 Capriccio (Riesling)
High Note
Penticton, BC
$28.00
Pale yellow with a green tinge and medium-light intensity.  Apricot pit, citrus, pineapple, honey, grapefruit pith, and minerality on the nose.  Good balance.  The flavours echo the nose followed by a medium-plus finish.  This is a slightly softer Riesling for those who find some too acidic.

2022 Sauvignon Blanc
Black Market
Kalleden, BC
$26.00
Bright lemon yellow with medium-minus intensity.  Aromas of melon, passionfruit, lime juice, honey, and just a touch of grass, gooseberry, and smoke.  Very good balance.  Delightfully juicy and refreshing on the palate with flavours that follow the nose.  A medium-plus finish.  This is a lovely food wine and at only 11.5% ABV, it pairs nicely with prawns and scallops.

This wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes sourced from three vineyards stretching from Naramata to Kaleden and Okanagan Falls.  Made in the Saigneé method with twelve hours of skin contact has resulted in a dark cherry red colour with medium-plus intensity.  Dark cherries, strawberries, raspberries, a hint of black pepper, black tea, and cranberries on the nose.  Very good balance with full body.  Fruit forward on the palate with the flavours mirroring the nose followed by a medium-plus finish.
