Prophecy, already a world-class cocktail destination in the heart of Vancouver, is celebrating Negroni Week with globally-inspired creations. Recently named Canada’s Best New Bar 2025 by Canada’s 100 Best and 53rd from North America’s 50 Best Bars, Prophecy continues to cement its reputation on the international cocktail map.
Returning to Vancouver from September 22-28, Negroni Week will showcase restaurants and bars across the city and their unique twists on the classic cocktail.
Known for its bitter and complex flavour profile, the Negroni has become a cocktail staple around the world. In tribute, Prophecy’s Beverage Director Jeff Savage has curated a tasting menu inspired by the bar team’s worldly travels and global connection to their bar partners.
From the Mezcal-forward creation representing Mexico and Jeff’s connection with Mexico City’s Handshake Bar, to a smoky Blade and Bow bourbon twist for the USA, to the classic Italian aperitivo, each Negroni is rooted in its country’s inspiration. For something more herbaceous, the Prophecy Negroni features Barsol Pisco, basil, and honeydew.
